We do however retain information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and passwords or user ID.

When we retain your personal information it is stored in encrypted format. The encryption level we use depends upon the information being stored. Information such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, is stored using at least DES encryption algorithm level security. Information such as user passwords is generally stored using the MD5 one way hash algorithm.

We retain information collected through our website for as long as it is reasonably needed or where its retention may be regulated by legal or other contractual obligations. We regularly remove data from our Web server and place it on our internal off-line archival servers for safe keeping.
